Bullet Bees

Overview:
It is an overhead 2D shoot-em-up in which you play as a bee flying through the air.
Astronauts brought back a strange flower from the moon, spread a virus to all the bees that consume it. The Queen Bee has created a vaccine for this virus that you can create using the special Pollenizer device you've been fitted with. Your mission is to pollinate the healthy flowers and get rid of the infected pollen. While doing this the zom-bees will try to stop you.

Wow, really excellent art! Genuinely beautiful. The background music ramping up is really excellent too. Adding upgrades was a great idea to increase the playtime for the user, but upon my 2nd/3rd time entering that screen it seemed the upgrades did not work for me anymore.
Sometimes it feels like you can get a bit of a cheap death when the bees force you to the top of the screen and they spawn flowers on you. It's not so bad though because the level repeats so you can learn to anticipate this through trial and error.
Really good job folks! You should be proud.
Thanks for the feedback, was one of the coders/level designer. We had an awesome person for both Art(Get More Cabbage) and music (charlstothe).
Unfortunately we had to finish the shop at the last minute. You should be able to buy all the upgrades normally but they don't actually take your money properly. You don't know if it worked visually until you go to play the level. There also isn't a visual indication when you have the max upgrade.
I did notice the issues with the flowers being difficult to avoid or hit at times, if I had a little more time I would've made some adjustments to balance that out a bit more.
